All persons booking labor support services & packages with Hands On Demand Doula LLC are required to provide a non-refundable retainer fee. The price of the retainer will vary depending on the services chosen. On average our retainer fee is $350 & incrementally increases depending on package pricing.
Upon receipt of the aforementioned retainer, the 3 weeks surrounding your birth due date will be held in reserve within our calendar. This payment is non-negotiable & non-refundable. It guarantees your right to receive the agreed-upon services within a pre-arranged date range. Additionally, birthing persons will be required to review & sign the required Doula services contract.
The services contract will serve as a record of all agreed-upon dates, provided services, goods, & payments owed to & by Hands On Demand Doula LLC. Additionally, a standard code of conduct for all involved parties is included & mandatory in order to receive services.
*Important*
The total remaining balance due for services booked must be paid in full no later than the date of the birthing person's 36th week of pregnancy. All balances not paid in full will be billed in 4 equally spaced installments. The starting date of your installment billing period will begin on the date your initial retainer/payment is paid/processed. Unpaid balances of any amount after the birthing person's 36th week of pregnancy can result in the termination of services & non-negotiable complete forfeiture of any & all previous retainers/payments made for goods & services provided by
Hands On Demand Doula LLC.
Failure to sign the services contract & code of conduct will result in immediate loss of service. The retainer & any amounts previously paid or processed towards additional balances, services, or goods provided by
Hands On Demand Doula LLC will be forfeited.
Any breach of contract or of the aforementioned code of conduct can & will result in total loss of services & any amounts previously paid or processed towards balances, services, or goods provided by Hands On Demand Doula LLC.
Free 45-minute phone consultations are limited to 1 call per client/birth.
