Through this virtual platform, I offer my support by promptly delivering electronic copies of essential, evidence-based information. Our journey together begins with a 2-hour prenatal support and educational session to create a personalized birth plan. Additionally, we will explore optimal birthing positions and equip you with practical pain relief techniques. Throughout your active labor experience, I will be there to gently guide and assist you. My video presence on your chosen device ensures constant support. In moments of uncertainty, my calm voice will serve as a reassuring reminder that your body is well-equipped for this process. My extensive experience and specialized training often enable me to coach you towards the most advantageous labor positions. The knowledge you gain from this service will foster a sense of serene confidence, ultimately empowering you. We will connect virtually for a two 2-hour prenatal sessions to create your individualized birth plan, explore optimal birthing positions, and equip you with practical pain relief techniques. During moments of apprehension, our Doula's soothing voice will remind you of your body's innate capabilities for this journey. With our experience and specialized training, we'll provide you with practical guidance to facilitate the labor process. To ensure your confidence in this adventure, we offer full communication support. We focus entirely on your desires and requirements. During this visit, our doula will provide invaluable assistance with newborn care and support, ensuring that your little one is well-fed, comfortable, and content.
