Virtual Prenatal Support & Education: We'll conduct two (2-hour) virtual prenatal support and educational sessions to craft a personalized birth plan, explore optimal birthing positions, and equip you with practical pain relief tools. Evidence-Based Birth Materials: You'll have access to electronic copies of Evidence-Based Birth resources and educational materials to make informed decisions about your childbirth experience. On-Call Support: Our support is just a call, text, or email away during regular business hours. Virtual Postpartum Consultation: Following the birth, we provide a (2-hour) virtual postpartum consultation to ensure your continuity of care. This comprehensive package allows you to choose between a Doula accompanying you for a chosen medical provider appointment, during a prenatal visit, or opting for an additional in-home prenatal support session. These consultations enhance the flow of information, foster idea exchange, and clarify expectations within your care team.

In addition to robust prenatal support, you will also benefit from a 4-hour in-home postpartum recouperation visit. This provides a unique opportunity to spend quality time with your Doula, receive calming support, seek answers to your questions, and deeply engage with the significance of your childbirth journey. The Silver package offers exceptional value for expectant families. Included in this package: Complimentary initial phone/video consultation (45 minutes). The Gold package represents a comprehensive Doula support offering, merging my expertise and experience to deliver top-tier service at an affordable price point.

Hands-on Demand Client Binder, brimming with valuable information, including my exclusive 55-page Client Workbook, an 84-page Client Handbook, and more. A complimentary Premium Welcome Gift. Two in-person Prenatal Support and Educational Meetings, each lasting 2 hours. Your choice of one prenatal tag-along or in-home support check (2-hours). Moreover, you will benefit from 50 fully customizable relaxation visitations, each spanning four hours, complete with priority scheduling to ensure your birthing family's comfort throughout the entire postpartum journey.
